CARROLLTON, Tex. -- Heads Up Technologies has acquired STG Aerospace, a manufacturer of proprietary aircraft cabin lighting products based in Cwmbran, U.K., and Miami, Florida.

This is the first acquisition by Heads Up Technologies since it teamed with the private equity firm JLL Partners in 2019. Heads Up Technologies designs, engineers, and manufactures proprietary cockpit, cabin, and aircraft electrical components and systems for the business and commercial aviation markets.
