RENTON, Washington -- Boeing Commercial Airplanes recorded orders for 15 aircraft during the month of February. Royal Brunei Airlines ordered four 787-9s. Unidentified customers ordered 10 737 MAXs and one 777F.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes delivered 27 aircraft during February. This total included one 737-800A, 17 737 MAXs, one 767-2C, one 767-300F, and seven 787-9s.

In the first two months of 2024, Boeing garnered 18 orders. The company delivered 54 aircraft.

As of February 29, 2024, Boeing Commercial Airplanes had unfilled orders for 6,177 aircraft. Unfilled orders broken down by aircraft type were as follows: 4,767 for the 737, 101 for the 767, 515 for the 777, and 794 for the 787. It should be noted that Boeing's official backlog was somewhat lower, due to accounting adjustments that resulted in the removal of some unfilled orders from the official backlog.

The unfilled orders total at the end of February 2024 represents a decrease compared to the total at the end of January 2024, which was 6,189. Both figures are decreases compared to the company's yearend-2023 unfilled orders total of 6,216.
