CHINA OFFERING SKY DRAGON SAM, BLUE ARROW ATGM

PARIS - China is offering the Sky Dragon air defense system to foreign customers. China's North Industries Corp (NORINCO) is marketing this medium-range surface-to-air missile (SAM). The company claims the system can engage 12 targets simultaneously out to a distance of 31 miles and at altitudes up to 12 miles.

In addition, NORINCO is offering the Blue Arrow 7 air-to-surface missile. This anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) arms the Chinese Z-10 attack helicopter and is similar to an AGM-114 HELLFIRE. The missile has a range between 1.2 miles and 5 miles.
