PATUXENT RIVER, Md. -- The U.S. Navy, on behalf of itself and the governments of Australia and Saudi Arabia, awarded Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems of Owego, New York, a $12.9 million firm-fixed-price delivery order (N00019-20-F0644) as part of a previous basic ordering agreement (N00019-19-G-0029). Lockheed Martin will provide production and delivery of 62 Audio Management Computer-Lite computers under the contract. These will be used as spares for the MH-60R Seahawk helicopter. The contract supports the U.S. Naval Supply Systems Command, the governments of Australia and Saudi Arabia, and the development of the Operation Test Program Set for the U.S. Navy.

The order will additionally provide for production and delivery of 33 flight management computers for installation on U.S. Navy MH-60 Seahawk helicopters and 50 SP-103E circuit cards for retrofit computer upgrades.

The contracted work will be performed in Owego, New York, and is expected to be completed by August 2023.

At the time of the award, the U.S. Navy is providing $1.3 million in Fiscal Year 2018 Air Procurement, $477,803 in FY19 Aircraft Procurement, and $5.2 million in FY20 Aircraft Procurement funds. An additional $5.9 million in Foreign Military Sales funds are also being obligated. At the end of the current fiscal year, $1.3 million of these funds will expire.

The U.S. Naval Air Systems Command at Patuxent River, Maryland is the contracting activity.
