AMMAN, Jordan - MRO provider Joramco, a subsidiary of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), has added the Boeing 737 MAX to its service capabilities. The addition of the 737 MAX has been approved by the Jordan Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (JCARC) and the United Arab Emirates General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA).
"Adding the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft capability is considered a strategic milestone in our capabilities development plans as it will expand our airframe and service offerings to our customers," said Joramco acting CEO Amjad Korshlow. "This addition shows our commitment to support existing and future customers who are operating the next generation of aircraft."
Located in a free zone area at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Joramco's infrastructure includes five hangers that can accommodate up to 10 aircraft. Joramco is certified by a number of international and local regulatory authorities, including the JCARC, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
