LOCKHEED MARTIN COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF ZETA ASSOCIATES

BETHESDA, Md. - Lockheed Martin has completed the acquisition of Zeta Associates, Inc.

Founded in 1984, Zeta Associates specializes in technology that powers critical national security missions. Their workforce focuses on providing software, communications and ground systems to solve complex mission challenges. Zeta is headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia and has operations in Denver, Colorado, as well as customer locations.

Zeta will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lockheed Martin reporting through the corporation's Space Systems business area.

The Zeta acquisition was originally announced June 30, 2014. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
