Nicholas Dawson
Eurasia, Middle East & Africa Analyst Education: Education: BA, Western Connecticut State University; Concentrations in Chinese Government & History, International Relations, and the Middle East. MA in Political Science, Villanova University; Concentration in China and Geopolitics A lifelong love of history brought Nicholas into the realm of geopolitics. During his undergraduate years, Nicholas was heavily involved in international relations and Chinese clubs. At this time Nicholas took courses on history and international relations, focusing on the culture, history and governance of China. In his Master's program at Villanova University, Nicholas branched off into Advanced Statistical Analysis, where he performed research on UBI spending in Pennsylvania Charter Schools. At Villanova, Nicholas continued his focus on China but expanded his field of study to include international law and geopolitical theory. Nicholas presented his work at a symposium on Sino-African trade relations. Nicholas is a Forecast International research assistant, updating reports and analyses for the company's International Military Markets - Eurasia and Middle East & Africa products. |
