Boeing Commercial Airplanes delivered 26 aircraft during April. This total included one 737-800A, 17 737 MAXs, one 767-300F, one 777F, three 787-9s, and three 787-10s.
In the first four months of 2023, Boeing garnered 154 orders. The company delivered 156 aircraft.
As of April 30, 2023, Boeing Commercial Airplanes had unfilled orders for 5,343 aircraft. Unfilled orders broken down by aircraft type were as follows: 4,196 for the 737, 119 for the 767, 436 for the 777, and 592 for the 787. It should be noted that Boeing's official backlog was somewhat lower, due to accounting adjustments that resulted in the removal of some unfilled orders from the official backlog.
The unfilled orders total at the end of April 2023 represents a decrease compared to the total at the end of March 2023, which was 5,356. Both figures are decreases compared to the company's yearend-2022 unfilled orders total of 5,430.
