MIAMI - Aeronautical Engineers has redelivered a total of eight (8) passenger-to-freighter conversions during Q3 2014, including seven 737-400SFs and one 737-300SF.

The large transport passenger-to-freighter conversion market hit a slump last decade due to oversaturation, economic conditions and other concerns, but is now well on its way to recovery. AEI currently offers cargo conversions for 737-200/-300/-400 and MD-80 aircraft. Beginning in mid-2015, AEI will also offer a new eight-pallet CRJ200 SF freighter conversion, with a 12-pallet 737-800SF following in 2017.
