EVERETT, Wash. - Embraer has selected Technofan LLC to supply the ventilation system package for the new E-JETS E2 family of regional aircraft. Based in Everett, Washington, Technofan LLC is part of the Technofan Division of Labinal Power Systems - Safran.
The ventilation system equipment package includes electronic bays and cargo bay ventilation equipment consisting of several fans and temperature sensors. The package also includes cabin recirculation system equipment that includes fans as well as HEPA air filtration equipment. Also part of the package are filtration components that will be supplied by Safran unit Sofrance.
Technofan also provides ventilation system equipment to Embraer for the ALX, the Phenom 100/300, the Legacy 450/500, the Lineage 1000, the ERJ 135/145, and the KC-390.
