WASHINGTON - Raytheon Missile Systems has won a $559,206,957 contract. Under this contract action, the company will provide an initial quantity of 44 Standard Missile-3 (SM-3) Block IB all-up rounds (AURs) and related activities.
The contractor will also provide the work required to produce and deliver the third stage rocket motor reliability growth/design enhancements. Upon definitization of the undefinitized contract action (UCA), the Pentagon intends to purchase additional missiles up to a total quantity of 52 AURs.
Work on this contract will be completed on April 28, 2018.
