RUSSIA TO ACQUIRE INDIAN-BUILT BRAHMOS MISSILES

NEW DELHI - Russia will take delivery of Indian-built BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles. India and Russia jointly developed the BrahMos. This decision follows a July 17 meeting between the partners. BrahMos is already in service with the Indian military. The Russian Navy has yet to induct this missile.

India is working on an air-launched version of the BrahMos.
