PETERSON SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The U.S. Air Force, on behalf of its Space Force branch, awarded KBRwyle Technology Solutions of Colorado Springs, Colorado, a $13.5 million modification (P00047) to a previously awarded contract (FA8806-13-C-0001) related to the Satellite Control Network. The modification allows for additional systems engineering for and integration of the Modularized Transitional Remote Tracking Station - Deployable.
The contracted work will be performed in Oakhanger, England, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2025. The award raises the total cumulative face value of the contract to $140.2 million.
The U.S. Air Force is obligating $13.5 million in Fiscal Year 2022 Procurement funding at the time of the award. The U.S. Space Systems Command, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity.
