WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio -- The U.S. Air Force, on behalf of Taiwan, has awarded Lockheed Martin of Fort Worth, Texas, a $32.9 million hybrid cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price modification (#P00068) to a previously-awarded contract (FA8615-12-C-6016) to provide contractor logistics support for the Taiwan F-16 Peace Phoenix Rising program. Specifically, this modification provides for contractor logistics support, repair and return, and diminishing manufacturing source management services for the F-16s' APG-83 SABR Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar. This is a Foreign Military Sale award.
The contracted work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas and Taiwan, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 2025.
At the time of the award, $25.0 million in Foreign Military Sales funds is being obligated. The U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
