LOCKHEED MARTIN WINS QATAR SUPPORT CONTRACT FOR M-TADS/PNVS ON AH-64 ATTACK HELICOPTERS
ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. -- The U.S. Army has awarded Lockheed Martin of Orlando, Fla., a $10.2-million hybrid (cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price) Foreign Military Sales contract (W52P1J-19-D-0006) for Qatar. The contract provides for support services for the Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor on board Qatar's AH-64 Apache attack helicopters. One bid was solicited with one bid received.
The contracted work will be performed in Orlando, Fla., with an estimated completion date of March 31, 2024.
At the time of the award, the full $10.2 million in Fiscal Year 2019 Foreign Military Sales funds was obligated. The U.S. Army Contracting Command at Rock Island Arsenal, Ill., is the contracting activity.
