KYIV -- The Ukrainian government is considering the purchase of unmanned air vehicles (UAVs) from Turkey. Government officials say negotiations with Turkey are underway.

The Ukrainian government could acquire the Bayraktar TB2 UAV. This UAV is already in production for the Turkish military. The Turkish military is using this UAV to support its operations in northern Syria and Iraq.
