CHINA LAKE, Calif. -- The U.S. Navy has awarded Boeing of St. Louis, Mo., an undefinitized contract action (N68936-18-C-0026) with a not-to-exceed value of $179.0 million to procure system configuration set H12K for Kuwait Air Force-configured F/A-18E/F Aircraft software development, modification, integration, testing, and support for the government of Kuwait. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract and was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(4).
The contracted work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., and is expected to be completed in September 2022.
FMS funds in of $89.3 million are obligated at the time of the award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The U.S. Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, Calif., is the contracting activity.
