Israel is procuring new warships, patrol boats, USVs, aircraft, radar systems and anti-rocket and anti-missile defenses to strengthen its maritime security. Investors say these steps are reassuring.
The Israeli Navy will receive four German-made corvettes worth $460 million. The final ship will arrive in 2019. The Israeli Navy is also purchasing upgraded Protector USV, developed by Rafael, which will patrol around the deep-sea platforms.
