FARNBOROUGH, UK - Luxury charter aircraft operator Acropolis Aviation is the launch customer for the new Airbus Corporate Jet's ACJ319neo business jet, which is due to enter service in 2020.

Building on the success of the current Airbus ACJ320 Family, the ACJ320neo will provide additional range via new high-efficiency engines and the addition of drag-reducing Sharklets. This enhanced range will enable clients to fly non-stop London-Tokyo and London-Los Angeles or London-Sydney with one refuelling stop - all with 19 passengers and a full baggage complement.

Commenting on the launch order during the European Business Aviation Convention (EBACE), John Leahy, Airbus Chief Operating Officer, Customers, said: "I am delighted and especially proud to announce Acropolis Aviation as the launch customer for the ACJ320neo. It builds on Airbus' long relationship with one of the world's leading private aviation operators. We regard G-NOAH, its existing ACJ319, as an outstanding ambassador for Airbus Corporate Jets, and I am confident that the enhanced capabilities of the Airbus ACJ320neo will help to keep Acropolis at the forefront of the global private aviation market for many years to come."
