Forecast International

HYDERABAD - Electronics Corporation of India Ltd (ECIL) is involved in providing critical systems for the Akash surface-to-air missile (SAM) system. ECIL and Bharat Dynamics Ltd are providing the combat command and control center (CCC) and the mobile system for missile checkout (MSMC).

Bharat Dynamics Ltd is the prime contractor for the missile. The Akash SAM an indigenous missile design project with the Defence Research Development Laboratory (DRDL) in the lead.
