CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Capstone Turbine Corp has been named on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 ranking of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommuncations, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America.

Capstone earned a spot on the list for 2014 after its 190 percent revenue growth from 2009 - 2013. This performance is credited to the U.S. shale gas boom, erergent flare gas market and trent of worldwide businesses' drive to reduce energy costs. Capstone is one of 14 clean tech companies to make this year's list, and this represents the ninth Fast 500 award since 2001.
