WASHINGTON - L-3 Communications Corp DBA Communication Systems West, of Salt Lake City, Utah, has been awarded a $31,159,640 firm-fixed-price undefinitized contract action, from the United States Air Force, for production, modification and integration of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities onto three Cessna 208B aircraft, spares and training. Work will be performed at Salt Lake City, Utah, and Titusville, Florida, with an expected completion date of Sept. 30, 2015.
This award includes foreign military sales for the countries of Niger, Kenya and Mauritania. Fiscal 2014 building partnership capacity funds in the amount of $31,159,640 are being obligated at the time of award.
